Owner and executive chef, and Toledo native, Troy Wheat, is the newest chef to occupy the hatch space at Budd Dairy Food Hall. The Jerk Spot is thrilled to be showcased, giving the community a chance to indulge in robust Caribbean flavors paired with exceptional customer service.

Wheat also owns All Seasons Restaurant and Catering in Springfield, OH. Using locally sourced ingredients, Troy has 20 years of experience in the culinary field. He is a decorated chef with various awards.
